About Me
I started my career as an EFL teacher in adult education. It gave me confidence in classroom delivery and managing student groups with various backgrounds, but not much leeway in course design. My new direction led me to the corporate and NGO supply chain field, and my position was always knowledge and learning related. I was involved in knowledge mapping, created and executed knowledge management strategies, designed and delivered training courses and workshops on supply chain policy and ERP software.
I've always loved delivering courses, however, for me, the best part of teaching is learning: taking in something new and then breaking it down into engaging, exciting, and motivating learning experiences. As a certified instructional designer, my goal is to produce impactful training materials by incorporating both established and innovative learning theories and using inventive technology in my designs. That impact, in my experience, can only be realized by the thorough alignment of course materials with organizational goals, instructional needs, and learning objectives. It takes proper research, design and implementation in a dynamic and collaborative environment, which I am looking forward to being part of.
